Who We Are

We’re a small, close-knit team that loves tabletop games and are working together to dramatically improve the landscape for players and publishers of indie card games. We care about doing excellent work, supporting each other, and being a part of the communities we serve. For employees at Covenant, working here is so much more than just having a job. We're looking for someone who resonates deeply with our mission to build a future where indie card games thrive.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly capable and organized Director of Accounts & Fulfillment to lead the coordination of executive-level projects and serve as the key liaison between our team and our business partners.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at both strategic project execution and relationship management. You’ll work closely with account stakeholders to ensure logistical alignment and day-to-day communication—while simultaneously managing internal operations to ensure those expectations are met.

Because we’re a small and agile company, this is a hands-on, high-impact role with visibility across departments. You’ll wear multiple hats: overseeing the fulfillment team, managing projects with executive leadership, and acting as the internal voice for our partners to ensure clarity, consistency, and follow-through.

What We Value

Our company is driven by a set of core values that guide how we work and interact with one another. These values are not just words—they are the expectations we hold for ourselves and each other. Our core values are:

  • Awareness
  • Excellence
  • Determination
  • Focus
  • Initiative
  • Innovation
  • Receptiveness

While no one can perfectly embody every value at all times, successful team members naturally align with these ideals and actively cultivate them in their daily work.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or project management
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Familiarity with the tabletop gaming industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with external stakeholders
  • A proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple timelines
  • Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional coordination
  • Familiarity with fulfillment operations, customer service systems, and shipping workflows
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, or similar platforms
